Trellis Moon's Story
On the north side of Beef Island, in the BVI's, is Trellis Bay. The 2015 October full moon rises to the east. There is an energy of anticipation in the air. The traditional full moon party is rising out of the heat of the day.
The origins of Trellis Moon, the jewelry maker, really began in the late 70's in central, upstate New York. The owners, Julie and Ralph Reid, unknown to each other, were successfully crafting pottery and jewelry for the local Syracuse market.

The demands of life compelled different directions, and all that creative energy was put on hold. In the summer of 2024, the energy was set free in the form of a new business. The business name "Trellis Moon" holds a special significance as Ralph proposed marriage to Julie that October night in 2015.
